
The basic, light and classic fares are non-refundable
If you request a voluntary refund for unused segments on these fares, only the applicable taxes will be refunded in accordance with the legal conditions of each country.
We want to help you with your refund We know there are different reasons why you may request a refund. Enter your reservation, ticket or additional service information, and choose the reason that best fits your case. Please note the following:
- The refund conditions for your ticket and additional services are subject to your fare type. Learn the conditions of each fare.
- The refund for additional services can only be requested along with the ticket refund. Only in the case of operational disruptions preventing the provision of the purchased service, request the refund separately. In this case, enter only the additional service number (EMD). Learn more information.
- Due to banking processes, funds may take up to 30 calendar days from the payment date to appear on your statement.
- To request a refund for your ticket with lifemiles, contact our Contact Center.
- If you purchased your ticket through a travel agency, you must request your refund directly from them.
- Keep in mind that you should refrain from attaching sensitive documents or information, such as bank statements or photographs of your credit card.
- Once your refund request is confirmed, it is not possible to cancel the transaction. Remember that when requesting a refund for a ticket, all unused flight segments associated with the reservation will be canceled.
